Manu Nui is a themed drink stand, that imagines a world in the late 1950s, where three tiki bar pioneers (Don Beach, Trader Vic, and Steve Crane) were planning to participate in the fictional Havana Agricultural Beverage Exposition. They loaded a plane dubbed the "Manu Nui" (Hawaiian for large bird) full of their drink mixers, decor, and merchandise and sent it off to the Caribbean. The plane is lost to the Bermuda Triangle, never to be heard from again. However, the crew and the cargo have survived!
The development of this project required a robust backstory, consideration for menus, staff uniforms, budget, and timeline. Each aspect of the story can be discovered by exploring the entire space.
